Spanning from November to February, this season treats visitors to pleasant temperatures, clear skies, and cool evenings, making it ideal for exploring the city&#8217;s temples and outdoor attractions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We love this part of the year, like everyone else, because you can take advantage of the outdoors, and visiting by the beginning or the end, you might get cooler temperatures. The average temperature during the <strong>dry season in Chiang Mai<\/strong> ranges between <strong>15\u00b0C to 28\u00b0C (59\u00b0F to 82\u00b0F),<\/strong> creating comfortable conditions for sightseeing and outdoor activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the dry season is undoubtedly enticing, it&#8217;s essential to note that it is also the peak tourist season in Chiang Mai. Visitors from around the world flock to the city, resulting in increased hotel prices and a bustling atmosphere. To secure the best hotel prices and availability during this period, it is advisable to book well in advance. During this period, agricultural burning in neighbouring regions creates haze and poor air quality, affecting visibility and potentially causing health issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s terrible, and we had friends reporting a mass escape during the 2023 season, as it was getting worse and worse due to the wind.
